* Organised and confident managing multiple leads, working towards targets and KPIs

Desirable Requirements of a Business Development Representative

* Familiarity with CRM systems or sales engagement tools

* Experience selling SaaS, cloud-based solutions, or compliance-related products

* Exposure to fire-safety, building management, or facilities management sectors
