Working hours: Monday-Friday 7:00-15:30

About the role

Grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, spraying, litter picking and more - join us as a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader and you'll be doing them all. As part of our team in Nailsea, you will keep a number of local grounds in wonderful condition for our housing association client as well as leading and supporting a Grounds Maintenance Operative within your team. It's a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills, gain valuable experience, and grow with us in a friendly and encouraging environment.

Requirements

• Previous Grounds Maintenance experience is required.
• Experience using powered grounds maintenance machinery is desired.
• A full valid UK driving license is essential as this is part of a mobile team.
• Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• PA1 and PA6 licenses are essential.
