Westside e-Commerce company is looking for a sharp & detailed e-Commerce Customer Service/Social Media Manager. Will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team who will be handling all customer calls and email queries. Compile daily and weekly reports for management charting reviews from customer complaints, compliments, feedback and/or concerns. Understanding products & services in order to educate customer service team and customers. Mentor and train new employees. Ensure that the customer service team follows proper procedure for packaging products. Oversee website customer related issues. In addition, this role will also be responsible for overseeing social media posts while ensuring processes are being met by the team and the company brand. . Requirements: MUST enjoy learning new things and have great problem solving skills. Ideally have 3+ years working for e-Commerce company. Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel & Outlook Be able to manage and lead a team of 3-4 customer service reps. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Be able to work several hats and be thick-skinned Have a good sense of humor.
