CONVEYANCING ASSISTANT

MERSEYSIDE

A long established law firm based in Merseyside are currently seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join their growing team.

The successful candidate will have at least a years experience working within a residential conveyancing department previously.

The firm deal with a variety of conveyancing matters ranging from sales, purchases, remortgage, transfers of equity, buy to let, shared ownership and tenancy agreements.

Your duties will include;

Assisting Fee Earners with their conveyancing caseloads

File management

Drafting legal documentation

Conducting searches and research

Providing general administrative support
