About the Role:

As Clinical Lead, you will be a key part of the senior leadership team, responsible for maintaining high clinical standards and ensuring safe, effective care delivery. Working closely with the Home Manager and Quality Assurance team, your responsibilities will include:

Providing strong clinical leadership to nursing and care teams
Supporting clinical operations, including assessments and audits
Leading care plan reviews, MDT meetings, GP rounds, and family communications
Mentoring and developing clinical staff through supervision, training, and appraisals
Overseeing medication management and regulatory compliance
Contributing to rota planning and participating in the on-call rotaWhat We're Looking For:

Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN
Senior-level experience in a clinical or leadership role
Previous experience in a nursing or dementia care home setting is desirable
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
Organised, compassionate, and driven to provide high-quality careSalary & Benefits:
