A very well established and highly regarded employer in the Legal sector is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join the team. This is a 6 month fixed term contract offering up to £25,000 and the office is situated in Liverpool city centre. You would need to be available to start as soon as possible.
As the Recruitment Coordinator you would be participating in the end to end recruitment life cycle, sourcing jobs using direct methods and general recruitment administrative responsibilities. You will be supporting the Resourcing Manager and assisting the end to end recruitment process. You will also be responsible for the posting adverts on various job boards and social media platforms.
This role requires you to maintain the recruitment folder, ensuring that all information is documented properly and it the correct folders. You need to have the determination to drive your career and it is essential that you have excellent administrative skills. You will also use an application tracking system (ATS) daily, so previous experience using an ATS is required.
As the Recruitment Coordinator you will need:
- Experience working an internal recruitment role
- To be efficient with your work load and tasks
- Hands on experience with various selection processes
- To have experience using an ATS
- Experience working in an administrator role
