Our company values teamwork, professionalism, and excellence in customer service.Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Support role; 

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to enquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently
• Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and availability - a keen eye for numbers would be an advantage
• Process orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Identify opportunities to cross sell / up sell additional products where appropriate 
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delivery issues
• Accurately update the database with all customer interactions and transactions

We are looking for a confident communicator who can build and maintain customer and internal relationships. Previous experience in a similar Customer Service based role would be a major advantage.
