Fitness Revolution helps business owners in the fitness industry, such as personal trainers, gym owners, etc, take their companies to the next level. Many fitness entrepreneurs have a passion for helping others but struggle to build successful businesses. We empower them with the skills required to have the business and life they want.

We are looking for a motivated, up and coming sales superstar to join our team. This position will be responsible for prospecting and closing new business. The right candidate will be at home prospecting relentlessly over the telephone.

As a FR Sales Representative you’ll be required to:

  • Take responsibility for meeting and exceeding sales objectives
  • Enjoy professional selling
  • Have a willingness to follow a proven sales process
  • Possess the ability to succeed in an inside sales environment
  • Attack your job daily with an unwavering sense of urgency
  • Be trainable and coachable
  • Listen actively and sell consultatively
  • Have a “hunter” mindset
  • Be comfortable with a compact sales cycle
  • Be comfortable selling over the phone

Prerequisite Skills and Attitudes.

  1. Coachable: You will be trained extensively on our sales process and systems. The right individual for this position will be able to adapt quickly and be open to coaching and critique of their sales tactics.
  2. Goal Focused: Your performance will constantly be assessed by your ability to meet and exceed aggressive sales goals and quotas. The perfect person for this role will be able to focus on those numbers and develop a plan to hit them. You should be motivated by chasing the goals set. You should be excited by high expectations
  3. Resilient: You must have thick skin and be able to bounce back from rejection in this position. You’ll likely hear a lot more “no” than “yes” when trying to sell coaching programs to struggling business owners. You’re ability to shake off rejection and move on to the next opportunity is critical to your success.
