Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the current team by example, with a potential path into Supervisory.

* Perform reactive and pre-planned maintenance on-site (Hospital).

* Deliver a maintenance service covering mechanical equipment including pumps, motors, pipework, plant rooms and AHUs.

* Work with and oversee sub-contractors and external suppliers.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

* Level 2/3 in relevant Engineering (Mechanical)

* Prior experience in a healthcare environment is beneficial but not essential.

* Competence in report writing and handling paperwork.
