Enthusiastic English Teacher Wanted in Westminster! Outstanding Academy

Our outstanding academy in Westminster is seeking an Enthusiastic English Teacher to join our dynamic English department. The successful candidate will teach English across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities to teach A-Level English Literature or Language. We are looking for an English Teacher with a passion for literature and language and the ability to inspire students.

Location: Westminster Role: English Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging and creative English lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5).

* Foster a love of reading, writing, and critical thinking in students.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and deliver a rich and varied English curriculum.

* Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in English.

* Potentially contribute to the teaching of English Literature or Language at A-Level, depending on experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

* Degree in English Literature, Language, or a related field.

* Proven experience teaching English at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply).

* A deep passion for English literature and language and the ability to convey this enthusiasm to students.

* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire students in English.
