We are seeking a DISPATCHER /ADMIN ASSISTANT to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
- Input orders into an ESC system
- Call and Schedule delivery and install times
- Help with routing of schedules
- Perform all other office tasks
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Prefer someone with Logistics or dispatch background
- Strong computer skills
- Great customer service skills and phone skills
- Hours 7:30-3:30
