Electrical Build Engineer

We're seeking a highly motivated Electrical Build Engineer to join our clients growing team. This is a hands-on, technically engaging role where you’ll work cross-departmentally to deliver innovative robotic automation solutions across various industries — including defence.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver technical projects
• Building and testing bespoke electrical systems in a workshop environment
• Reading and interpreting complex electrical drawings
• Troubleshooting and resolving electrical faults, identifying root causes
• Travelling to client sites for system installations and support
• Actively sharing expertise to improve processes and product quality

Requirements

• HNC-qualified or apprentice-trained in an electrical discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Proven ability to read and work from technical electrical schematics
• Curious, fast learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Familiarity with industrial systems and safety standards
• Self-starter, comfortable planning and managing your own workload
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
• Must be a British Citizen and eligible for Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance
