We are currently recruiting Warehouse and Production Operatives to support the assembly of cars at a busy automotive manufacturing site in Banbury. These roles offer an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment with long-term prospects.
Available Departments
Successful candidates may be assigned to one of the following departments:
- Painting - preparation and support of vehicle painting processes
- Assembly - assembling vehicle components to quality and safety standards
- Paint 2 - secondary paint processes, finishing and inspection
- Plastic Injection - operating and supporting plastic injection moulding processes
Key Responsibilities
- Working on production lines assembling vehicle parts
- Handling materials and components within the warehouse
- Operating basic machinery and tools (full training provided)
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure high standards are met
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
- Meeting production targets in a team environment
Shifts
- Double Days (weekly rotation):
- Monday-Friday
- 7:00am - 3:00pm
- 3:00pm - 11:00pm
- Night Shifts:
- Sunday - Thursday
- 11:00pm - 7:00am
- Days:
Pay Rates
- Pay rates vary depending on shift pattern
- £12.21-£16.32
What We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse or production experience is beneficial but not essential
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime where required
- Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
