M4 Recruitment are currently seeking a warehouse operative to join one of our well established clients, based in South Marsdon.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 0630am - 1500pm

The responsibilities of the role include:

• Order picking and packing - Picking and Preparing products for despatch
• Stock Management - Replenish stock and report any stock shortages to senior members of the team
• Despatch and end of day tasks - Bagging parcels, building pallets, arranging cages for following day
• Housekeeping - Maintain a clean and tidy workspace and suggesting improvements where appropriate
• Collaboration & Communication - Work closely with colleagues from different departments, including warehousing, production and other business areas
• Performance & Development - Work to set KPI'S to ensure productivity targets are met
