About the Role:

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Secondary School Teachers to join a variety of outstanding and good-rated schools across London. Whether you are an experienced educator or an ECT (Early Career Teacher), we have fantastic opportunities to suit your expertise in core subjects (Maths, English, Science) as well as Humanities, Languages, PE, and more.

This role requires a teacher who can deliver high-quality lessons, inspire students, and contribute to the school's academic success. You will be responsible for planning, teaching, and assessing in line with the national curriculum while fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that align with the national curriculum.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted interventions.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and school leadership to enhance student outcomes.
Participate in staff meetings, CPD training, and school activities to contribute to the wider school community.
Communicate with parents and carers to ensure student progress and well-being.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE is required.
A degree in your subject specialism or a related field.
Experience teaching at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (Key Stage 5 experience desirable but not essential).
Strong knowledge of the UK secondary school curriculum.
A passion for education with excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to differentiate instruction and support students with varying needs, including SEN and EAL learners.
A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
