We are currently seeking reliable and flexible 7.5T Drivers to provide ad-hoc holiday and sickness cover for a busy transport operation in Blackburn. This role involves general haulage work, delivering goods safely and efficiently to customers across the region.
Location: Blackburn
Working Hours: Ad-hoc daytime shifts covering holidays and sickness (start times may vary)
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Type of Work: General haulage - palletised and bulk deliveries
The Role
Driving 7.5T vehicles for general haulage work
Delivering palletised and bulk goods across the North West and beyond
Ensuring all loads are safely secured and delivered on time
Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
Completing paperwork and maintaining compliance with UK driving regulations
