We are partnering with a rapidly growing fintech organisation based in Cardiff city centre, operating at the intersection of finance and technology. The business delivers innovative digital financial solutions and is experiencing significant growth across the UK and international markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate to join a high-growth fintech environment and gain exposure to modern finance systems, automation, and data-driven processes.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative finance team, supporting core financial operations while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced fintech setting.

• Processing high volumes of invoices, payments, and expense claims
• Supporting accounts payable and receivable functions
• Assisting with month-end close and reporting activities
• Performing bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintaining accurate financial data across finance systems
• Supporting automation and process improvement initiatives
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Maths, or a related discipline
• Strong Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, organised, and keen to develop within finance

• Previous internship, placement, or finance-related experience
• Exposure to accounting software (e.g. Xero, Sage, NetSuite)
• Interest in fintech, digital finance, or data-driven environments

• Hybrid working model (3 days office / 2 days remote)
