Overview
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Recycling Operative to join a busy production factory in Severn Beach, Bristol. This temp-to-perm position offers competitive pay, excellent working conditions, and the opportunity for career growth.

Rotational shifts:

* 06:00 - 14:00

* 14:00 - 22:00

Overtime Available
Contract Type: Temp to Perm

Duties

* Baling and recycling cardboard and plastic

* Manually sorting and segregating waste into various streams for recycling

* Ensuring the working area complies with all Health & Safety regulations

* Assisting with general waste management and disposal tasks

* Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

* In-date FLT certification (Counterbalance ABA B1 Category) or extensive in-house FLT experience within the last 2-3 years

* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

* Highly organized, proactive, and methodical approach to work

* Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitask

* Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate flexibility

* Physically fit due to the demanding nature of the role
