 What You'll Be Doing:

Preparing, updating, and submitting service quotations, tenders, and support documents
Actively following up on service quotes and sales opportunities, promoting service contracts
Scheduling and coordinating service visits and managing related admin tasks
Processing service visit reports and ensuring timely invoicing and customer follow-up
Handling incoming calls and enquiries to support the Customer Service Team
Identifying and following up on potential new service business opportunities
Collaborating with various teams across the business to ensure top-quality service delivery
Supporting the preparation of monthly reports and project tracking
Engaging in outbound calls to promote services and drive opportunities
