We are one of the largest privately-owned installers of Fire & Security Systems in the South East and due to our continued expansion, we seek an experienced Sales Administrator to join our already established Installations team at our Head Office in Orpington.

You will be performing vital administrative duties including maintenance of orders, providing costing's, quotes, inputting high volumes of numerical data, stock purchasing, invoicing, and keeping the system updated.

We are looking for a competent individual who has a great level of IT and excellent communication skills. You will be articulate, presentable, enthusiastic, well organised, and have great attention to detail. Ideal candidates will come from a service provider-based environment.


* Management of Surveyor diaries

* Scheduling of all surveyor appointments

* First point of contact for all new inquiries/customers

* Supporting surveyors

* Issuing quotations to clients

* Processing new installations, sending contracts to clients

* Producing installation paperwork

* Creating and issuing invoices to clients

* Assisting Directors with day to day duties

* Maintaining customer relationships

* Issuing NSI Certificates


* Being flexible

The starting salary is £21,000 per annum which increases incrementally over a 24 month period till you reach £25,000 per annum.

Working hours between 8:30 am - 5.00 pm Monday - Friday. 30 minutes for lunch and 20 days holiday per year which also increases by an additional day per year of service and an additional day for a good sickness record.
