Job Type: Permanent, FullTime

Salary: £22500 - £23000/annum

We are looking for an experienced administrator to work within a busy parts team, within a medium local business.

The role will be varied from day to day and the succesful candidate will need to be a self starter, who can multi task and work calmly under pressure.

Duties include but not limited to;

* Taking up reception duties when cover is needed.

* Organisation of order book, arranging diaries to link up work and create KPI's for management.

* Chasing and ordering of parts and dealing with couriers and drivers.

* Taking PO numbers, raising PO on to the system into Fulfilment.

* Dealing with Customs and liaising with other departments

* Liasing with Accounts, ordering, analysing data etc.

* Data inputting, updating the system and keeping status of work current.

The successful candidate must be proficient in Word and Excel and have excellent communication skills. Experience of exporting and analysing data and data input. A background in a parts department, auto mobile etc would be advantageous.
