Role: Azure Engineer (Managed Services) Manchester (Hybrid) £60,000 + Benefits

We're looking for a skilled Azure Specialist to join a growing Managed Services team based in Manchester. This is a hands-on role where you'll design, implement, and support cloud solutions for a diverse client base, helping businesses modernise and scale using Microsoft Azure.

What you'll be doing:

* Designing and deploying Azure-based infrastructure and services* Managing and optimising cloud environments for performance, security, and cost-efficiency* Supporting client migrations to Azure (on-prem to cloud)* Monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, and providing proactive improvements* Working closely with clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions* Contributing to automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices

What we're looking for:

* Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, networking, storage)* Solid understanding of cloud architecture and best practices* Experience in a Managed Services or client-facing environment* Knowledge of PowerShell, ARM/Bicep, or Terraform* Familiarity with security, backup, and disaster recovery in Azure* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Desirable:

* Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-305)* Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, or hybrid environments* Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
