Are you an experienced Electrician seeking a stable, long-term opportunity in Tower Hamlets? We're looking for a qualified Electrician to join our team, carrying out a wide range of electrical maintenance and installation works across occupied residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations in occupied homes and communal areas.

Carry out EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports) and remedial works.

Install, upgrade, and maintain lighting, sockets, consumer units, and other electrical components.

Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently and safely.

Ensure all works comply with current electrical regulations and health and safety requirements.

Liaise professionally with tenants, supervisors, and colleagues to deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Electrical Installation.

18th Edition Wiring Regulations.

ECS Gold Card or equivalent (preferred).

Proven experience in electrical maintenance work within social housing, domestic, or commercial environments.

Full UK driving licence (essential).
