A major highways scheme is entering its final stages and we need an experienced Project Manager to help close it out with the same excellence it was built with.

It has attracted national press coverage and strong local stakeholder support since breaking ground in 2024. Now, with handover to National Highways on the horizon, we're looking for someone who can drive the final six months across the finish line (not from a day-to-day construction point of view).

You'll join a tight-knit, experienced team who know this project inside out - the team has experienced minimal personnel changes.

Project Manager Duties:

* Leading coordination across design and engineering teams to collate and complete all handover documentation

* Owning design management to ensure detailed design is complete and fully resolved

* Preparing and delivering the asset for operation including as-builts and the full Health & Safety file

* Managing and closing out outstanding works and any required re-works

* Acting as the key interface with National Highways, maintaining progress visibility and meeting all closeout deadlines

* Ensuring all safety requirements and products are in place ahead of opening to traffic

It is essential you are an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record on major civils or highways schemes and have an understanding of their handover and closeout processes
