Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality lessons across various subjects (Teachers)
Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring a positive learning environment (Cover Supervisors)

Maintain classroom management and support the school's policies and ethos
Provide support to students' academic and personal developmentRequirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent for teaching roles
Experience working with secondary school students
Strong communication and classroom management skills
