Are you an experienced New Homes Sales professional looking to join a respected national housebuilder? We're looking for a confident, customer-focused New Homes Sales Advisor to represent a high-profile development in Leicestershire.

About the Role

As the face of the development, you will:

Welcome and engage prospective buyers, delivering exceptional customer service

Showcase the development, homes, and specification with professionalism and enthusiasm

*

Guide customers through the full sales journey from enquiry to completion

*

Maintain a high level of site presentation and marketing suite standards

*

Work closely with build and sales teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Drive sales performance while maintaining compliance and accuracy with all paperwork

What We're Looking For

Previous new homes sales experience is essential

Strong customer service and communication skills

*

Target-driven, organised, and commercially aware

Confident using CRM systems and following structured processes

Professional, proactive, and positive attitude

Ability to work Thursday to Monday (weekends required)
