Head Chef, B&I, London Monday to Friday 40hrs £48k

Recruiting for a passionate Head Chef for our clients' team at this corporate site.

The day-to-day operations consist a staff restaurant offering a selection of hot and cold breakfast and lunch options, as well as a salad bar. The hospitality department offers sandwich lunches or buffet style options, all delivered in a casual and relaxed service atmosphere. There is also the occasional event or function which usually is based on a street food theme.

As the Head Chef, your responsibilities will be
* Leading and managing a team to produce a high quality of food
* Demonstrating strong knowledge of current trends in particular street food
* Ability to create food stalls and pop ups
* Budget control, stock and ordering
* Creating exciting menus and work to the clients unique profile

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7am - 3.30pm with occasional evenings

As a candidate, you will be
* an experienced Head Chef with a stable work history
* able to cook from scratch and produce exciting fresh food menus
* a strong leader and able to motivate a team
* attentive to detail and presentation
* genuinely passionate about food and ingredients
* flexible and willing with a positive can do attitude
