The Role

This is a hands-on, multi-skilled position where no two days are the same. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining fleet reliability and performance.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on commercial vehicles
• Diagnosing faults and delivering efficient, high-quality fixes
• Identifying and sourcing the correct vehicle parts and components
• Supporting parts ordering, stock control, and inventory management
• Ensuring all work meets safety and industry standards

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance/Automotive Engineering (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• Experience working with commercial vehicles (vans, fleet, etc.)
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
• Good knowledge of vehicle parts and components
• A reliable, proactive approach with the ability to work independently and in a team
