This role is working for a well-established company that specializes in commercial HGV body building. This role is working for a well-known, reputable company within the automotive sector. They operate in a clean modern working environment and have recently received significant investment due to a recent takeover by a large Automotive Group.

Duties of the Assembly Fitter role-

Read engineering drawings
Drilling. Assembly and Fitting of fixtures and fitting to Vehicle interior and exterior
Light fabrication, measuring, cutting griding
Mig welding desired - not essential
The Assembly Fitter candidate-

Previous experience working in vehicle body building, coachbuilding, refurbishing rolling stock et care
Can work comfortably with hand and power tools
Can read technical drawings
