Are you passionate about supporting older people to live independently in a safe, secure, and friendly environment? We're looking for a dedicated Scheme Manager to join a Housing Association across Leicester, providing an intensive housing management service across sheltered housing schemes.

Key Responsibilities of a Scheme Manager:

Provide on-site support including daily wellbeing checks, home visits, and housing management services.
Monitor scheme maintenance, health & safety compliance, and report repairs promptly.
Support tenants with tenancy-related issues, sign-ups, referrals, and access to relevant services.
Promote social inclusion and independence through community engagement and partnership working.
What we're looking for from you:

Experience in housing management, customer service, or support work (preferably in a sheltered or supported housing setting).
Strong knowledge of health & safety procedures and the ability to carry out regular checks and reports.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to equality, dignity, and respect.
Good IT skills and ability to maintain accurate records in line with GDPR.
Key Requirements for this Scheme Manager role:

Basic DBS Check
Have a full UK driving license and access to vehicle
Need to speak either Hindi or Gujarat due to the nature of the tenancies
