Our client, a leading Insurance and Financial Services organisation, currently require a Finance Assistant to join their expanding team on an initial 6 month contract basis.
Candidates will be responsible for a range of duties including allocating cash receipts, loading daily banking to the database, carrying out bank reconciliations, recording and arranging payments, undertaking reporting and dealing with queries raised by consultants / managers / insurers.
You will have a proven track record within a finance role / environment, ideally with exposure to financial services or insurance although this is not essential. You will have strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels and have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will have advanced Excel skills with experience of data analysis.
