We are currently seeking a dedicated and nurturing 1:1 Early Years Tutor to support a young learner in Salisbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional or qualified tutor to make a meaningful difference in a child's development.

About the Role:

As a 1:1 Early Years Tutor, you will be working with a child aged 3-5 years, delivering tailored learning support in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Your sessions will be creative, engaging, and designed to build confidence, communication, and early literacy/numeracy skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver individualised learning activities that meet the child's developmental needs.

Use play-based and multi-sensory approaches to engage the learner.

Track progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with parents/carers and, where applicable, other professionals.

Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

*

Relevant Early Years or education qualification (Level 3+ or QTS preferred).

*

Experience working with young children in a 1:1 or small group setting.

*

A nurturing, patient, and flexible approach to teaching.

*

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

*

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Desirable:

SEN experience or training

*

Knowledge of EYFS tracking tools or early intervention strategies
