Key Responsibilities:

*

Commissioning, testing, and configuring security systems, including CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and fire systems

*

Ensuring all systems are fully operational and meet the required standards before handover

*

Collaborating with the project team to ensure timely project delivery and smooth handovers

*

Performing system upgrades and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations

*

Fault-finding and troubleshooting on-site

*

Providing technical support and guidance to clients and engineers

*

Completing and maintaining accurate commissioning reports

*

Ensuring all installations are done in compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Security Commissioning Engineer or similar role in the security industry

*

Strong knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and fire systems

*

Familiarity with system integration and network-based solutions

*

Excellent fault-finding and troubleshooting skills

*

Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations in the security industry

*

Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Relevant industry certifications are desirable (e.g. City & Guilds, BTEC, NSI, etc.)
