This role is centred around designing and delivering practical, high-impact technical solutions that support business growth, operational efficiency, and customer-focused system optimisation.

Working cross-functionally, you will translate business challenges into buildable, scalable solutions. You will be involved in the full lifecycle — from understanding requirements and designing architectures, through to prototyping, implementation, and continuous improvement.

* Designing and delivering end-to-end technical solutions aligned to business and operational objectives

* Translating complex or ambiguous requirements into clear, practical system designs

* Building prototypes, proofs of concept, and production-ready systems where appropriate

* Analysing trade-offs including performance, scalability, cost, and risk

* Communicating clearly with stakeholders across the business and documenting solution decisions

You will be proactive, commercially aware, and comfortable working in an evolving environment. You will enjoy turning problems into clear, workable solutions that deliver results.

You will ideally have experience in:

* Solution design, systems development, or technical architecture

* Working across multiple departments or stakeholder groups

* Delivering projects from concept through to implementation

* Communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Experience within data, analytics, or business systems environments would be advantageous, as would experience with Python and / or SQL
