Staffordshire (Office-based with Nationwide Travel to Site)

£65,000 - £75,000 basic + Car allowance & Fuel Card + Clear Career Progression Path to Director Level + Bonus Scheme + Private Healthcare

Exciting opportunity to join a well-established construction company as a Senior Contracts Manager, overseeing major construction projects from tender through to final handover. Based from their regional office in the Midlands, you'll travel to key project sites across the UK, playing a pivotal role in the full commercial and contractual life cycle of each scheme.

This opportunity offers a clearly defined route to Director level, giving you the opportunity to step into strategic leadership roles as you deliver on high-value commercial projects. With a strong pipeline of new work and long-term frameworks in place, you'll be joining at a time of growth and investment, working with a team that values expertise, ownership, and career progression.

Your role as Senior Contracts Manager will include:

• Taking full contractual and commercial responsibility from tender through to project completion
• Leading contract negotiations and risk management across a portfolio of projects
• Collaborating closely with project managers, commercial teams, and stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence

The successful Senior Contracts Manager will have:

• Proven experience managing construction projects
• Strong commercial acumen and a hands-on approach to managing risk and compliance
• A clear ambition to grow into director-level positions
