Engineering Manager - Enstone
Up to £410 per day (Inside IR35)
Monday to Friday (Days)

This is a hands-on Engineering Manager role, ideal for someone who enjoys leading from the front. While you'll be responsible for managing a small team of engineers, you'll also be expected to remain technically involved — supporting breakdowns, overseeing maintenance activity, and getting on the tools when required.

 Key points:

Lead a team of engineers
Oversee maintenance, reliability, and statutory inspections 
Very hands-on role — not office based
Day-to-day decision-making on site, providing technical guidance, and stepping in to support complex or urgent engineering issues.
Motivating & engaging the teamRequirements:

Mechanical or electrical engineering background
CI & Lean Engineering Experience 
H&S Knowledge 
Responsible for maintenance, reliability, and statutory compliance
Proven experience managing engineers in manufacturing / FMCG / heavy industry
Strong H&S and compliance knowledge
