THE ROLE - Behaviour Mentor

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Behaviour Mentor who will work 1:1 and in small groups to support pupils who display challenging behaviour, helping them regulate emotions, stay engaged in lessons, and build positive relationships. You'll work closely with the SENCO and class teachers to deliver targeted interventions and behaviour plans. A patient, empathetic, and consistent approach is key to success in this role.
