Our local American Family Insurance agency is looking for motivated new team members! You must be able to multitask and have a sales background. We are seeking candidates who thrive in an exciting environment and are always willing and ready to learn something new every day.
• High school diploma or equivalent certification
• Must be willing to obtain your Licenses in Property & Casualty and/or Life
• Previous telemarketing, sales, customer service, retail, or related experience
• Ability to work independently to plan, set priorities, and organize work
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with PC software applications (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Explorer, etc.)
• Data entry and typing skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Prior Insurance Sales and Customer Service experience
• Bilingual language skills
• Active involvement in the local community
This position comes with a base pay + commission/bonuses
