At Sea Containers London, we don't just host events - we create memorable experiences. We're looking for a talented Events Head Chef to take the reins of our dynamic events kitchen, delivering world-class food for everything from high-profile launches to intimate private dinners.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the events kitchen team to deliver consistently exceptional food for a wide range of events

• Design and develop innovative menus tailored to client needs and brand standards

• Ensure flawless execution, from prep to plate, for everything from canapés to banquets

• Collaborate with our Events, Sales, and F&B teams to exceed client expectations

• Manage kitchen operations, stock, costing, health & safety, and training
