Salary: £30,000-£40,000 + Private Medical, 33 Days Holiday
Location: Rainhill, St. Helens

The Company:
We're working with a major UK provider in the garment and linen rental sector. This business operates on a large scale with a strong focus on sustainability, investing heavily in product lifecycle and service efficiency through a circular economy model.

The Role:
As Textile Manager, you'll take ownership of linen and garment management at site level—ensuring availability for customers while keeping costs and stock usage under control. You'll forecast seasonal demand, manage textile budgets, and work closely with operational and customer-facing teams to optimise supply and service.

The Right Candidate:
You'll have experience in a service-led, operational environment with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail. You'll be confident working cross-functionally, comfortable with data tools like Excel or ERP systems, and able to influence change. A background in continuous improvement and a flexible, proactive mindset will set you apart.
