Allure is expanding throughout NYC and looking for new enthusiastic customer service reps for our new office space! Here at All-lure we promote mentorship and self improvement as well as growth within the company. This is an entry level position but we are looking for the right candidates to invest and grow with the company. Exciting things are happening and we want you to be a part of it!


Job Description

  • Coordinates weekly department meetings

  • Run workshops

  • Have an expert level of product knowledge

  • Demonstrate professionalism with customers at all times

  • Keep customer database updated

  • Promote new upgrades and promotions to customers

  • Maintain customer relationships

  • Customer assistance with all issues

  • Handling of corporate accounts

  • Create brand loyalty

  • Be at the front-line for all complaints

  • Get creative with solutions

  • Respond to calls and emails in a timely manner

  • Meetings with high profile customers

  • Contribute to growth and success of All-lure on a daily basis



  • 1 year customer service experience preferred

  • College Degree or relevant experience preferred

  • Problem solving capabilities must be on point

  • Excellent communication skills needed

  • Happy go lucky attitude wanted (don’t be a grouch, we want a positive work environment)

  • Be Humble (a degree and 5 internships is still entry level)

  • Social body (we like fun dinners out in NYC)

  • Must be tech savvy
