Our client an established firm of Chartered Accountants are seeking a Tax Assistant/Tax Senior to join their growing team in Havant.

The role will mainly involve dealing with the personal tax matters for a portfolio of clients from various sectors, including those in the medical sector such as Doctor's surgeries. Duties will include preparing and submitting personal tax returns and maybe some corporation tax and accounts work.

You will ideally have at least 2-3 years UK practice experience, with a personal tax background and ideally hold a professional qualification such as ATT and/or CTA, although study support will be considered if required. A knowledge of clients in the medical profession would be an advantage, although not essential.

Also, an understanding of systems such as Xero and IRIS would be useful.
