The Role
As a Site Services Engineer, you'll take ownership of all site utilities and facilities, ensuring reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement across the factory.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing site utilities (refrigeration, steam, HVAC, water systems)
Delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across site services
Diagnosing faults and ensuring timely, effective repairs
Driving improvements to increase efficiency, reliability, and sustainability
Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Quality standards
Managing contractors and service providers
Supporting installation, commissioning, and project work
Maintaining engineering records, reports, and COSHH systems
Contributing to a strong continuous improvement culture

About You

Experience within site services, facilities, or utilities engineering
Background in manufacturing, food, FMCG, or similar regulated environments
Recognised engineering qualification (apprenticeship/ONC/HNC or equivalent)
Multi-skilled with both mechanical and electrical knowledge
Strong understanding of utilities (refrigeration, steam, HVAC)
