Salary: £12.49/hour

I am recruiting for a Logistics Administrator to join a team on a temp to perm basis.

* Previous logistics experience with DHL, K&N, FedEx, or any 3PL or 4PL logistics service provider.

* Desired skills in freight forwarding, UK domestic ground, international air and ocean, customs documentation and terminology.

* Must have experience with the full Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Outlook365, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint

Duties will include-

* Heavy Data Entry

* Logistics Shipping & Booking

* Freight Forwarding

* Sending Emails

* Taking Phone Calls

The shift schedule for this role is as follows:

* 07:00 - 15:30 (8 hours + 0.5 hour lunch) + 08:30 - 17:00 (8 hours + 0.5 hour lunch) Monday- Friday.

* After 6 weeks of training, they will be added to a 1 in 5 weekend rotation cover (Sat and Sun, 08:00 - 17:00)

* After eight weeks of training, depending on progression, they may transition to flexible working: three days in-office and two days working from home.

DBS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE, WE CAN PROVIDE ONE AND THE COST WILL BE DEDUCTED OUT OF YOUR FIRST WEEK PAY.

5 YEARS WORK HISTORY REFERENCES ALSO REQUIRED.
