Our client is seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to deliver tailored mortgage solutions to affluent and high-net-worth clients, primarily based in the Middle East. This is a high-impact role within the Private Banking team, focused on relationship management, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide bespoke mortgage advice aligned with clients’ financial and property investment goals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships, ensuring a seamless and high-touch client experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient onboarding and service delivery.
- Stay informed on market trends, products, and competitor offerings.
- Support system and process improvements, including new mortgage origination tools.
Requirements: - Proven experience in regulated and non-regulated mortgage advice, ideally with HNW clients.
- Strong knowledge of BTL and Residential Mortgages.
- CeMap or equivalent qualification (CAS status desirable).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of FCA regulations and risk awareness.
