Robert Walters is working in partnership with a FTSE 100 global financial services business who are also listed on the London Stock Exchange. They operate across several verticals across financial services and insurance and employee over 10,000 people globally.

Due to continued investment across Digital & Marketing, they are keen to appoint a Digital & Marketing Risk Partner, paying a salary range up to £50,000 plus shares and package whilst also working on a hybrid model.

As an experienced Digital & Marketing Risk Partner, you would be involved in the improvement of existing risk management practices, ensuring Digital & Marketing secures fair customer outcomes and meets regulatory requirement - enabling the rest of the department to focus on customer excellence and value creation whilst partnering closely with the different teams within Digital & Marketing, you will proactively support them in managing and improving their risk and governance responsibilities. The role will also need to work closely with other departments, including Central Risk, Business Partners and IT.

Digital & Marketing Risk Partner - Duties:

Working in partnership with the other Digital & Marketing Teams to efficiently manage first line risk activity in a centralised team.
Ownership of Risk Registers and supporting reviews, ensuring all risks are identified, consistently assessed, and have effective ownership and controls.
Regular testing of the effectiveness of controls within Risk Registers.
Working with SMEs to identify emerging risks and ensure mitigation is in place.
Conduct Risk MI collation / reporting.
Building relationships with stakeholders from operational areas within Digital & Marketing.
Improving existing risk management processes within Digital & Marketing.Digital and Marketing Risk Partner - Experiences:

Risk Management Experience
Confident in making decisions and working independently.
Capable of managing a wide range of stakeholders.
Inquisitive, adaptable and open-minded to finding new or better ways of working and recommending solutions to problems.
Prior experience of managing risks, controls and governance processes is essential.
Understanding of digital journeys and experience process mapping them, supporting the business to identify and mitigate risks.
Proven ability to interrogate MI and make recommendations linked to desired customer, regulatory and business outcomeThis is a permanent opportunity for a Digital & Marketing Risk Partner, offering a salary of up to £50,000 per annum plus shares, and other benefits, whilst working on a hybrid model.
