Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:00, 37 Hours per week

Job Responsibilities

Oversee operational delivery for tenants, ensuring a high-quality, customer-focused service.

Manage major investment projects, including those related to climate change.

Ensure compliance with statutory functions like gas servicing, fire safety, and asbestos management.

Understand building technology and its workplace applications.

Understand housing regulations and building maintenance.

Possess in-depth knowledge of Health and Safety, compliance, and CDM regulations.

Lead a team to audit and validate contractor work, ensuring continuous service improvement.

Maximize value for money in service delivery.

Person Specifications

Must Have

Strong understanding of building technology.

Knowledge of housing regulations and building maintenance.

In-depth knowledge of Health and Safety, compliance, and CDM regulations.

Experience in managing statutory compliance functions.

Leadership skills to manage and direct a team.

Nice to Have

Experience with climate change projects.

Experience in delivering modernization and improvement programs.
