Involve Midlands are delighted to be partnering with a well-established and growing manufacturing business seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a background in steel and aluminium fabrication to secure a long-term position in a supportive and professional environment.

* Monday to Friday 7:00 - 4:45pm

* Regular overtime available is also available

Key Responsibilities:

* Fabricate and assemble metal components in line with engineering drawings and specifications

* Perform MIG and TIG welding on both steel and aluminium materials

* Use hand and power tools to shape, cut, and finish fabricated components

* Operate workshop machinery safely and efficiently

* Conduct quality inspections to ensure all products meet required standards

* Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment in line with health & safety guidelines

* Work collaboratively with team members to improve fabrication processes and efficiency

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding

* Confident interpreting technical drawings and specifications

* Proficient in the use of hand and power tools in a fabrication setting

* Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

* Experience working with sheet metal is advantageous

* Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team

* Excellent communication skills and a proactive work ethic
