A leading infrastructure contractor is looking for a Senior Health & Safety Advisor to take ownership of safety across highways and civil engineering projects in the Peterborough region.
This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with site teams, drive best practice, and be a trusted point of contact for all safety matters. You'll have the freedom to shape a positive safety culture while supporting projects that keep communities moving.
What you'll be doing

Leading on-site safety support, inspections, and audits
*
Making sure projects meet HSE standards and legislation
*
Supporting and guiding incident investigations
*
Working with site teams to embed a proactive safety culture
What we're looking for
*
NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent)
*
Experience in constructuction - ideally highways or infrastructure projects
*
Strong communication and influencing skills
*
A full UK driving licence
