We have an exciting Estates Coordinator opportunity to join our team, supporting a portfolio of around 20 buildings across Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, and Royston.

Key Details
  • 12-month FTC (with potential for extension)
  • Hybrid role - office, site and home working mix
  • Salary from £30,000 plus £3,000 car allowance + 10% bonus
  • Monday to Friday: 08:30 - 17:00.
  • Driving licence essential due to travel across the patch.
Key Responsibilities

As an Estates Coordinator, you will deliver a customer-focused, responsive estates service across NHS Property Services premises. Duties include:
  • Being the first point of contact for customers and contractors
  • Supporting reactive and planned works across the portfolio
  • Attending sites as required - sometimes at short notice - to meet contractors or resolve issues
  • Coordinating work priorities and managing multiple demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensuring strong communication and effective rapport with customers and partners
  • Using estates systems and digital tools confidently to manage workload

Where You'll Be

Your hub location will be Victoria House, Cambridge, with a portfolio covering:
  • Cambridgeshire
  • Peterborough
  • Royston (Hertfordshire)
The distance between sites is manageable, with Cambridge serving as an ideal central base. Flexibility is required to attend sites promptly when needed.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who has:
  • Experience in facilities management or a similar estates role (essential).
  • Strong customer service skills and the confidence to be a key point of contact
  • The ability to manage reactive workloads and handle multiple priorities
  • A flexible approach - able to attend sites at short notice when required
  • Good digital skills and confidence using online systems and tools
  • A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • A full UK driving licence

Desirable:
  • IOSH Managing Safely (training can be provided if not held)
